Inert is pleased to have been spotlighted in a recent video produced by Angstrom Engineering. The YouTube video features Angstrom's highly advanced and automated Nebula Cluster, a modular, yet highly customizable, integrated vacuum system. Nebula modules include Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), masking and parking transfer, stages with heating/cooling, sources that assist with cleaning, variable angle deposition and various other functions for making devices such as OLEDs and thin film devices. A centralized robotic hub connects everything, all controlled with an integrated and simple to use, recipe-driven, software. The number and type of vacuum modules are customer selected and provide room for future expansion potential. To watch the video follow this link: http://bit.ly/2arPfWv
The Inert glove box that is featured in the Angstrom video is a highly efficient Purelab GloveBox with 2 gloves and an advanced, integrated Nitrogen Gas Management System for creating a highly controlled and traceable working environment. PureLab GloveBoxes also feature 3/8" (9.5 mm) thick tempered safety glass windows, oval glove ports with black Delrin, 8" glove ports and thick butyl rubber gloves (other options apply), variable speed circulation blower with 120 cfm max flow rate, Siemens PLC control system, automatic pressure control (+/- 15 mbar), as well as integrated oxygen and moisture analyzers. The GloveBox delivered in Angstrom's Nebula Cluster Vacuum System provides operators the opportunity to introduce and remove various substrates and materials during processing under inert atmospheric conditions of 2) and moisture (H2O). "We're pleased to be partnering with Angstrom to assist them in offering these world-class vacuum systems to the OLED and thin film market," said Dan Clay, President of Inert. "Angstrom has a proven track record of engineering expertise, and we couldn’t be more proud to be chosen as a vacuum system integration partner on their cluster system applications."
